Treat yourself to a gourmet dinner and experience a night in a
grand manor house. Best of all, you create the meal through a
combination of hands on training and demonstrations led by our
own Chef Ed Cerrato. Instruction includes appetizers, classical
entrees, dessert, beverages and a tour of our greenhouse for an
herb demonstration. This is a perfect retreat for any culinary
enthusiast!

The Gardener's Weekend
May 14-15, 2011
$199.00 per person Learn to plan or enhance your flower garden using vibrant colors and local plants with training and tips from our horticultural staff. In two days you will experience creating floral arrangements and pressed flower designs, plant vegetable gardens, prune shrubs, start composting and much more! Bring your landscape diagram and find out what will work best in your environment. Take an in-depth look at gardening.
